Track 4 Report Cards
Report Cards Go Home for Track 4 this Thursday, January 26th.
District 7 Board Advisory Council Meeting
The first BAC Meeting for District 7 this school year will be at Hilburn Academy on Tuesday, January 24, from 6:30 - 8:00pm. Dr. Clint Robinson will present an update on the WCPSS Strategic Plan and seek feedback as the plan continues to be drafted. Chris Heagarty will also give Board share board updates. Student Led Conferencing Dates
Mark your calendars now for our Spring Student Led Conferences. As we get closer to the event, your teacher will be sending you a sign up form to select a time for you and your child to participate in this spring conference between 3:45-6:15 PM.

Book Fair Volunteers
The PTA cannot run the book fair without your help! Please see this signup genius link to sign up for times to volunteer at this year's Book Fair. Volunteer positions needed include helping set up/take down, book fair helpers, cashiers, as well as book fair managers if you've worked with the book fair before. They will need help both during the school days, and the two parent nights. The PTA appreciates all of the help every year and all of the hard work the families put in to make this such a fun time.
Volunteer Updates
Volunteers play an important role in our school!. We are grateful to parents and community members who contribute their time and talents to supporting our students.
Current Volunteers:

Check with your Mrs. Robinson, our school's volunteer coordinator, to confirm if you are on the list of approved volunteers for the 2022-2023 school year or if you have any questions.
New Volunteers:

All new volunteer applicants must complete your volunteer registration at any WCPSS worksite or SCES and have an approved criminal record check prior to engaging in any volunteer work.

If you would like to complete a volunteer registration application you can do so at SCES from 8-4 PM.

The volunteer application approval process is taking on average 4 weeks.
