UPDATE: Picture Day on Thursday
Picture Day is coming! Strawbridge studios is our picture / yearbook company.
These pictures are the ones that will be used in the Yearbook. Each student will have their picture taken on this day regardless of orders.
This link will allow you to order online and to receive updates via email regarding your child's school portraits. These updates include promotions, additional deals, and the ability to order more pictures at a later time. When entering student information, parents should be sure to enter the student's name as it is on file at the school (legal name). Orders placed more than 5 days after picture day may incur a late fee.
Package options with an envelope at the bottom have been sent home with students
Please complete payment information and return to your child's teacher no later than Thursday morning 10/21/21.

UPDATE: Fall Conference Day
Brentwood teachers are scheduled to have their Fall Conference Day on Wednesday, October 27th. Some teachers may choose to have conferences take place on other days and times. However, your child’s teacher should have reached out to you to schedule a fall conference conference. If you have not yet heard from your child’s teacher about a fall conference, please reach out to them.

Reminder: Upcoming Testing in 3rd and 4th Grade
Oct. 26: Read to Achieve Assessment for some 4th graders
Nov. 3-5: CogAT Assessment for all 3rd & 4th graders
Reminder: Important COVID Procedures and Protocols
Please make sure to refer to the Safe to School Plan for Families for all Health and Safety Guidelines.
All students should have their temperature taken every day at home before coming to school. You may not enter a WCPSS facility if you are:
- Diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 10 days
- Exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days and not fully vaccinated
- Instructed to quarantine
- Sick or experiencing any of these symptoms of illness
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
IMPORTANT: Please know that parents will be contacted if their child experiences any of the above symptoms while at school, and will need to be picked up.
COVID like symptoms will require a negative PCR test OR alternate diagnosis by a medical provider AND the student must have felt well and been fever free for 24 hours without medication to return. Please refer to the following link for more information:
