Brentwood Families,

Are you interested in becoming more involved with other parents and staff at Brentwood?  We are inviting you to participate as a “Parent Leader” for your child’s homeroom/grade this school year.

Parent Leaders will help serve as an additional connection between homeroom teachers and the families in each class/grade, with the goal of creating greater communication and collaboration for the benefit of our Brentwood student, family, and staff community.  In addition to Brentwood staff collaborating with Parent Leaders, a “Parent Leader Coordinator” will be supporting the Parent Leaders in these efforts.

Please use the following form to express your interest in being a Parent Leader at Brentwood this school year: https://forms.gle/GXRTsZQDiBXHajaY6

After completing the form all Parent Leaders will receive additional information in August.  Some examples of Parent Leader activities might include:

  • meeting with teacher(s) at the beginning of the year to discuss partnership and needs for the year/quarter.
  • supporting class/grade communications.
  • regularly communicating with teacher(s) to assess classroom needs, and learning of class goals reached and exciting happenings in the classroom, or opportunities to come participate or volunteer, and communicating these to other parents.
  • sharing updates and requests from PTA.

Thank you for your time and support for our Brentwood school community!
