Principal’s Message
Greetings Washington Families,
Thank you for your continued support as folks continue the hard work to have students ready to move to the next level. Please continue to work and communicate with your child’s teacher. It is critical to stay focused on the end goal- making progress and always moving forward. We are a team and must be centered on all students moving the bar.
The Second Quarter is winding down and students are looking forward to Third Quarter electives. Before they begin, we have “downtime” and will engage in Focus Specials. During downtime, students will spend more time in their core classes and complete mid-year assessments.
Let’s make it a great week at 1000 Fayetteville Street!
Magically,
Doug Hooper, Interim Principal
Joyce Ratley, Assistant Principal
School Updates
Missing an item? Lost and Found is filling up again! Please ask your child to check Lost and Found for any missing jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes, etc. If it is labeled, it will be easier to return.
Electives
Mrs. Wilkinson has put in a help desk ticket because some parents and students are unable to see their schedules on Oasis. As soon as she hears back from them, she will send a Dojo message to let parents know when they can access it successfully. Elective schedules for 3rd and 4th quarters will be sent the week of January 23rd.
