Quick Updates/Reminders

Our classrooms will be enjoying a variety of field trips over the next several weeks. The field trip is the scheduled instruction for that school day. We do NOT plan alternative activities because all students are expected to attend the field trip.
Mrs. Joyce will be hosting a virtual meeting to present information about Single Subject Acceleration on Tuesday, March 5 at 8:30am. Use this meeting link to join: https://meet.google.com/mva-hsgn-uun

Science Fair Night - Update!

We were very excited about the tremendous interest in the Science Fair on March 14. Mrs. Overton received over 290 student entries!

Due to the expected attendance and space that will be required to showcase all of these projects, we have rescheduled the performances by our 3rd & 5th graders, also planned for that evening. Those grade levels will now perform on Thursday, May 9 during the Spring Chorus Concert.

PTA News/Updates

Our fourth grade parent/child breakfast event is coming up on Friday, March 8th, from 8-8:45am in the White Oak Cafeteria. We hope you can join us for this special time together with your fourth grade student!

Class & Individual Pictures

Pictures will be taken of all classes.

The Spring Individual program is a speculative program. Each student present will receive a package to view the image. Families will have the option to purchase the whole package, purchase sheet(s) and return the remaining sheets to the school or return the whole package.
