Senior Transcript Information
Many of you have had questions about how official final transcripts are handled. Your seniors indicated the college/university where they would like their official final transcript sent when they completed their senior exit surveys during the first senior meeting (back in April). Based on those answers, official final transcripts will be mailed by June 28th. If your student has changed their mind about where they will attend, they will need to notify us of their new choice. If your student used Common App to apply to the school where they ultimately decided to go, counselors will also upload a final transcript to that site. If your student used CFNC.org to apply to the school where they ultimately decided to go, students can log into their accounts and send final transcripts from that site. Additionally, seniors will receive an unofficial copy of their final transcript in their diploma envelopes at graduation along with a cover sheet that has additional information about requesting official transcripts.
Yearbooks
There are still a handful of extra yearbooks to be purchased through Tuesday, June 11. Contact Mrs. Putnam at mputnam@wcpss.net if you’re interested.
