Greetings Hodge Families! 

Please mark your calendar for our 2023 Specialist Showcase on Tuesday, March 21st, 6:00-7:30 (correction-wrong time given on the call). This event will showcase the work our students are doing in their specials- art, music, physical education, media, and mindfulness. I promise this will be a fun, interactive event you will not want to miss!

On Tuesday, March 14th, we will hold a severe weather drill. The goal of this drill is to practice the procedures we would follow in case of severe weather where students and staff need to relocate to an interior space of the building away from windows. This drill will last about 5-7 minutes. 

Are you Interested in Single Subject Acceleration for your child? Students meeting qualifying criteria in grades K‐7 can take advanced academic content in mathematics or English Language Arts through Single Subject Acceleration (SSA). This ensures opportunities for appropriate levels of academic challenge. 

Interested in more information about SSA? Join Dr. Wolford, our AIG teacher, for an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 14th, at 3:45 in the media center. A virtual information meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 15th, at 9:00 a.m. A meeting link will be shared on Dojo.
