Greetings Hodge Families!  

Tomorrow, Monday, December 5th is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 1:00.

Fall picture retake day is this Wednesday, December 7th. 

Base school assignments for next school year were sent home with students on Friday, December 2nd. The letters come directly from the office of Student Assignment. It is very important for you to review the letter. Due to the board approved 2023-2024 Enrollment Plan, some students’ base school assignment has changed for next school year. If your child is impacted, and you want them to remain at Hodge, you will need to complete a Stability Transfer application no later than Friday, December 9th. Please note, district transportation would not be provided. Please see the link here to access the application. 

The PTA will be hosting a family dance party on February 3, 2023. If you would like to volunteer to help us plan this event, we would love for you to join us for a virtual work session tomorrow night, Monday, December 5th at 6:15p.m. See ClassDojo for the link to the meeting.

The PTA invites your family to help us get the teachers through the last 2 1/2 weeks of school before the holidays and track-out by STOCKING THE BREAK ROOM on Friday, December 9. We will be collecting donations of snacks & drinks at both morning and afternoon carpool on Friday! 

Don't forget, the Knightdale holiday parade is THIS Saturday, December 10th at 11:00 a.m. The PTA is excited for our families to participate in this event again this year. We had a great turnout and A LOT of fun last year. We will be posting more details about the parade, including when we will need to arrive by and where we will be meeting, on ClassDojo on Tuesday, December 6. I hope to see you there!
