Senior Celebration Parade: Hello Cary High School seniors! We are excited about our upcoming Senior Celebration Parade on Wednesday, May 27th. Our event will run from 8 - 10 pm. All seniors are invited to attend this drive-thru event with their families. There will be lots of things to see along the route, so it may be a good idea for the senior to ride in the passenger seat, rather than to drive. This will allow them to take pics and focus on the decorations along the route.
Parade participants should enter the route by turning onto Tanglewood Drive off of Maynard Road. This is a neighborhood road, so please drive slowly and respectfully.
While driving through the parade route, please drive slowly 5-10 miles per hour.
ALL students and families MUST remain in their vehicles during the entire parade. This is a critical safety requirement that allows this event to take place.
Families who would like to retrieve their signs, must do so during the day on Thursday between 8 am and 3 pm. Some of the signs may be installed to fencing areas with zip ties, so be sure to bring a pair of scissors to remove them.
Yearbooks and Honor Cords - seniors who earn honor cords (i.e. - NHS, NTHS, etc.) or who purchased a Cary High yearbook can pick them up outside the front office on Thursday, May 28th from 9 am - 12 pm.
Book Returns - Seniors who still have textbooks or library books should drop them off while picking up their yearbooks and honor cords.
