Monday (1/27) - State Exam Make-up Day
If a student isn’t taking a State Exam on a given day, they do not attend school on that day. *Students in our Regional Special Education classes will have class as usual during this week.
If a student is taking a state exam during the morning testing session, they must have a signed copy of the “Pink Release Sheet” or a Lunch Pass in order to leave campus for the day at the lunch break. Without these approved methods of permission, students must remain in the cafeteria during lunch and in the afternoon to study.
If a student is taking their exam in the afternoon, they do not have to arrive until their exam begins. If a student in this situation is riding the bus to school, they should report to the cafeteria until lunch.
All cell phones, smart watches, tablets, etc. will be collected by the test administrator during exams. They cannot be returned to the student until the end of the testing period.
It is very important to be on time during state exam week. We are not allowed to let students join their testing session once testing has started.
Day 1 of Semester 2 will be Tuesday, January 28th.
