April 24th WFMS Family Message
2022-23 Student Intent
As we begin preparations for the 22-23 school year, we need the help of our WFMS families. We recognize the summer months are often transition times for families who are relocating and may be changing schools. If you know your student will not be attending WFMS next year, please take a moment to visit the bit.ly below and share the information for your student. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to Mrs. Hughes (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Mrs. Harmon (email@example.com).
6th Grade Administrator
This Friday, April 29th will be Mr. Katona Thomas’ last day with WFMS as the 6th grade administrator. Mr. Thomas will transition to another position within the district on May 1st. For the remainder of the school year, Dr. Bradford will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for 6th grade families along with Ms. Purnell. If you have questions or concerns needing administrative support for 6th grade, please reach out to Dr. Bradford or Ms. Purnell.
Administrative Assistant Appreciation Week
Please join us in recognizing the hard work of our administrative assistants this week. We are thankful to have such an amazing front office staff with Ms. Macon (lead secretary), Ms. Kentopp (Guidance Tech), Ms. Faison (Bookkeeper), Ms. Mueller (Receptionist), Ms. Hughes (Data Manager), and Ms. Reiser (Media). The work they do behind the scenes is essential in helping our school function every day.
