The Wakefield Schools Foundation is honored to be the beneficiary for the popular Wake Forest Historic Half Marathon on April 26th presented by The FS Series.  I do realize this is the morning after our Wakefield 25 Year Celebration, but hopefully students can look forward to a weekend of all things Wakefield as we need MANY student and community members to help make this event a success!  The more we are able to raise at this race, the more we are able to invest back into our Wakefield Schools.  We are asking that you please share the race volunteer sign up link with your club and encourage them to participate in this fantastic volunteer opportunity!  I am attaching a PDF and PNG format flyer that includes registration and volunteer QR codes that you can share as well.

Please also encourage family and friends to come out and race!  In addition to the half marathon, there is a 7mile, 3mile and 1mile, so all types of runners/walkers can participate!
