Back-to-school reminders

School Supplies
How to Enroll
Complete the online application. This application can also be found under Our School > Enrollment on our Lacy Elementary website.
Once the online application is completed: Emily Spooney will email you to schedule an appointment to complete the registration process.
The following documents must be presented at the appointment:

A completed WCPSS online registration

Your child's certified birth certificate

Proof of residency: This can only be a current gas, electric or water bill in the name of one of the parents on the birth certificate. The bill must be no more than 30 days old.

Your child's current immunization record

Your photo ID.

Kindergarten

- Staggered Entry Schedule: Kindergarten students will attend school from 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on the assigned date below based on their last name.

- Monday - A-F
- Tuesday - G-L
- Wednesday - M-R
- Friday - S-Z
- Tuesday - Meet the Teacher from 8-9 a.m. (First full day for K students)
Please have your child bring a lunch on their staggered entry day or have money to purchase a lunch. School lunch is $3.25 for the 2023-24 School Year.
Radical Reading
Lacy’s summertime reading tradition continues with you! Record the books that you read this summer using this form. Return the form to your new teacher by Sept. 8, and we’ll celebrate your hard work in September!
