WCPSS technical support during remote learning is available online 24/7 at StudentTechHelp.wcpss.net or by calling the Remote Learning Help Desk at 919-694-8100 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.  Spanish speaking staff are available.  Help will be given for any digital resource questions!  Also, visit the Technology Support for Families website by WCPSS.  It has valuable information and FAQ's that may help solve your technology problem!
