Congratulations to Heather Livingstone, a teacher of the Visually Impaired at Sanderson High, who has been named the WCPSS Exceptional Children Educator of Excellence!
She is recognized for her leadership, dedication and service to students who are visually impaired.
Heather is a leader not only to students and teachers at Sanderson but also the entire Visually Impaired Program and community!
Heather will be honored as an outstanding North Carolina Special Educator at the 2019 EC Conference in Greensboro on Nov. 21.
