Speech Language Pathologist Jennifer Lawson will receive the 2019 Lara Jane Parker Award, given annually by the New Voices Foundation.
Jennifer is the school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Rolesville Middle, Rolesville High, Heritage Middle and Heritage High.
She is being honored for her passion, knowledge and drive to make sure all of her students can communicate with others and participate more fully in their school and community.
Jennifer will receive her award at a ceremony on April 10 at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill. Congratulations Jennifer!
