All WCPSS schools will open on a two-hour delay on November 6, 2018 due to the state and local elections. Please mark your calendars accordingly.
The READvolution program started September 24, 2018. It's the 2nd year of a three-year collaboration with the Carolina Hurricanes. It will run until November 16, 2018. Students who read 20 minutes daily for a total of 800 minutes will receive 2 free Hurricanes tickets. Schools that read for 2,020 books will be entered in a drawing to attend the Cool School Field Trip in February. Please visit the school website for details and questions about how to use the online tracking system.
