All rising 7th grade students are required to have the Meningococcal and the Tdap vaccines by North Carolina State law on or before the first day of 7th grade.

Avoid the back-to-school rush and get your child’s immunizations updated as soon as possible.

We encourage you to go ahead and send the updated immunization record with proof of the Meningococcal and the Tdap vaccines in as soon as you receive them to immunizations484@wcpss.net or have your provider fax them to 919-626-4465 or drop them off at Lufkin Road Middle School.
