If you were approved to volunteer for the 2024-25 school year, you should have received an email on July 1st with the easy steps to renew your volunteer status for 2025-26.

We encourage everyone to renew as soon as possible during the renewal window: July 1 – October 1. You can find all the details at wcpss.net/volunteers
