Track Change Requests

At this time, WCPSS has provided us with a multi-track calendar for the 2021-2022 school year.
2021-2022 MTYR Calendar Unless we hear something different, we are going to start planning for a return to our multi-track schedule. If you wish to request a track change from your previous assignment (2019-2020), today we are providing you with a form in your child's Tuesday Folder to make that request. Additionally, the form link is located below. Before submitting a request, please carefully read the information at the top of the survey prior to submitting it. The deadline for submission is Friday, April 16th.
For ALL families submitting requests – we are hoping to notify families of your request in May via a postcard in the mail. We still need to consider factors such as the status of the Virtual Academy next year, and which students will be enrolling in it. No decision about this has been provided to us from the district yet about this timeline.
For our Kindergarten families - even though your child has been on the track 4 calendar all of
this school year, if you were registered last year you should’ve received a postcard with a track
assignment. Our plan is to assign your child to that same track unless you request a change.
For families new to Holly Grove ES this year - please complete the track change request form unless you are fine with being assigned to a track (no preference).
