We are ending the last full week of the school year. The last day for students is Wednesday, June 12th. We have enjoyed watching your children learn and grow this year! Please see the section below about summer resources to help keep academic skills sharp over the summer break.

WES Library Books

Library book notices went home with students this week for books still checked out. Please check around your home, car, etc. for any books or see Ms. Reid in the library to pay for lost books.

Sail into Summer Spirit Days June 10-11 (Remember to dress appropriately):

• Shade the Rays Monday: wear your best sunglasses, hats, and pool/beach/lake gear

• Peace Outta Here Tuesday: wear tie dye and peace signs

Carpool/Walker Tags

Please hold onto your carpool/walker family number tags over the summer. Your family will have the same number next year and will be able to reuse it.

Summer Resources to Stay Engaged

During our summer vacation, it is important for students to maintain their academic skills through routine practice to avoid summer learning loss. Please see these Summer Learning Opportunities for activity ideas. 

5th Grade Celebration

Our fifth grade celebration will be Wednesday, June 12th at 11:00am. The doors will open at 10:30am. Please enter the school through the gym doors. Students may dress up, but it is not required. Students will receive their report cards and pictures after the ceremony. Students must be checked out prior to leaving campus early.
