We will have a favorite sports team jersey / colors school spirit day on Friday, March 22. Students are invited to wear a jersey or the colors of their favorite team.

Single Subject Acceleration (SSA)

The SSA process for acceleration in math or language arts is beginning, and we have a lot of information to share. Please go to our Weatherstone SSA site to access all information about Single Subject Acceleration. Then use this form to indicate your interest in attending a Google Meet for Questions and Answers about the process.  

The request form for students to participate in SSA testing will go live on April 1, 2024, at 8:00 am and will remain live through April 12, 2024, at 5:00 pm. NO requests will be accepted after that date. Please contact Kathleen Christopher at kchristopher@wcpss.net with questions. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions within 48 hours after submitting this form.

EOG Dates

The EOG testing window for grades 3-5 is May 30-June 12. Here are the planned testing dates for each test. It is very important your child is at school on testing days.

• May 30 - 3rd Grade Reading and 5th Grade Science

• May 31 - 3rd Grade Math, 4th and 5th Grade Reading

• June 3 - 4th and 5th Grade Math
