Thank you for making staff appreciation great for our staff! We are thankful for your support! This week’s Explorer Express asks for a lot of input and feedback. Night of the Arts Feedback

It was wonderful seeing and meeting so many of you last night! We would like your feedback about this year's Night of the Arts and what we can do to improve future events. Even if you did not attend the event we would like your feedback. Please complete this short feedback form. Thank you!

All Library Books Due

All WES library books are due May 26th. Please be sure to check around your homes and car back seats!

Rising Kindergarten School Tours

We will be hosting two school tours for rising Kindergarten families this spring. Families must click on the link to sign up on SignUp Genius. For space purposes, we are limiting each tour to 12 families. We will have additional tours available this summer.

Grades 3-5 Remediation and Readministration

Students in Grades 3-5 will take the EOG State Tests at the end of this school year. Should your child meet the criteria for our EOG Remediation and Readministration program you will receive an invitation for your child the week of June 5th. For your planning purposes, the program dates for the end of the school year are: June 12 and 14. Transportation will be provided, and breakfast and lunch will be available. To help in our planning, please complete this form to share your possible interest.

Reminder: Parent Input for 2023-2024 Classroom Placement Due Today

If you would like to provide input for your child’s classroom placement for the next school year, you are encouraged to complete this form. This information should describe the characteristics of the classroom learning environment you think would be best for your child. We will take this information into consideration as class lists are developed. Please do not include teacher names in your letter. Classroom teacher input will also be considered. The deadline to complete this form is 5/19/23. 

Reminder: Are you Not Returning to WES Next Year?

We are already planning for next year. If you are not planning to attend Weatherstone next year, please complete this intent form.
