Dear WES Community,

 

We hope that you are all staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented event.  Our WES Staff misses our students' smiles and faces each day.  As we enter the 2nd week of our extended break due to COVID-19, our WES staff is committed to supporting our families and students as we transition to our to online, virtual and home-based learning.  This update will provide you with information that we have for the week of March 23rd-27th.

WES Virtual Spirit Week March 23rd-27th


We miss you and your WES Spirit!  Join us at home each day this week, March 23rd - March 27th for WES Virtual Spirit Week.  Let’s boost each other’s morale, have fun, and make one another smile and laugh, all while showing off our WES Spirit!


Show your spirit by sharing your photos or short (30 second videos) on Twitter and Facebook.  Tag @Weatherstonees OR @Weatherstonees


Monday - Pajama Day -  Strike your wackiest pose in your craziest pajamas!


Tuesday - WES Pride Day - Wear or “bedazzle up” your favorite Weatherstone t-shirt to show off your WES pride!


Wednesday - Reading Day - Take a picture or video of you reading your favorite book in a silly voice or dressed as your favorite book character to your parents, siblings or pet!


Thursday - First Responder Appreciation Day - Dress-up as your favorite first responder who helps to keep us all safe. 


Friday - WES Talent Show! - Since we might not be able to have our talent show tryouts as scheduled, show off and perform your talents in a short 30-second video!

 

WES Morning Announcements on Facebook and Twitter Live This Week

 

This week we will be hosting WES Morning Announcements Live at 9:30am.  Tomorrow will be presented by Mr. Chadwick on Facebook.  Families, join us on Facebook at 9:30am and let we will start off your day with a brief message for our students.  If you miss it, the links will be posted on Twitter and Facebook afterwards.
