End-of-Year Information

Hello WFE Cougar Families,
I hope you are all doing well! It has been a whirlwind of a school year, and there are no words to express how much we appreciate your cooperation and support during remote learning. And, now, our school year is coming to a close. Please read the information below to help you navigate our school closure. Call the school if you have questions.
Report Cards
Tomorrow, you will receive an email from your child's classroom teacher. Your child's report card will be attached. Since we are sending this confidential information to you via email, it will be encrypted by a password. Please follow the directions on the attached PDF document which explains to you how to open your child's report card.

Student Item Pick Up
On Tuesday, June 9th from 1pm-6pm,we will be passing out student items in the car-pool loop.  During that time, please drive through the car pool loop and staff will be there to retrieve your child's bag for you.  If your child has medication at the school, you will need to go to the front office after picking up your students items. If you are entering the building, please wear a mask/face covering. There will be also be a Lost and Found Room set up near the car pool area.  If you would like to enter the Lost and Found Room, please have a mask/face covering to wear and limit touching of items.  We do not have extra masks at school so we are not able to provide them.
Laptops and Hotspots
At this time, we are not collecting laptops/hot spot devices.  If your child is not attending/enrolled in Wake County Public Schools for the next school year (2020-2021), please call the front office to arrange a time to check the devices back into the school. The number to the school is 919-554-8655; we are checking the messages routinely.
