NWCCA ROI Military Recruiters/Institutionfo of High Learning Opt Out Form
Please submit the following form to Mrs. Walter if you do not want your/your student's name/address/phone number to be released to Military Recruiters/Institutions of Higher Learning. We must have this form in hand by September 22nd, 2023 if you do not want that information shared when requested. This form is applicable to the 23.24 school year only.
Forms received after September 22nd will be processed as they are received, and student information will be removed from lists shared after the date the form is received.
