Walker Application

In preparation for the upcoming 23-24 school year which is quickly approaching, every parent who has a student that is a walker needs to submit a new Walker Application Form the beginning of each school year.  

Linked below is a copy of the Walker Application Form.  Families can fill out the form and either email it to School Data Manager Kim Hesen,, drop off at the front office, or send it to school with your student - whichever is more convenient for you.
If we do not receive a new Walker Agreement Form, your student will not be permitted to walk home until we receive one.
