Lacrosse Description

Lacrosse is one of the oldest team sports in America, started on the East Coast by the Native Americans in the 12th century. Suit up and come find our why it has grown to be one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Lacrosse combines the basic skills used in soccer, basketball, and hockey into one fast paced, high scoring game. Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. Our staff will ensure that campers not only learn the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline. Every athlete will come away with a deep understanding of the game and its traditions.
 

Ability Level:
This camp is perfect for the beginning to intermediate lacrosse player.
 

Food to Bring:
Lunch, snack & water bottle (for programs over four hours), two snacks & water bottle (for programs four hours or less)
 

‍Gear to Bring:
Appropriate clothing, water bottle, lacrosse shoes, (or comfortable athletic shoes) gloves, helmet with face mask, stick, gloves and sunscreen.
 

 Soccer Description
 

Skyhawks was founded as a soccer club in 1979. Thirty years later we are still the number one choice for parents looking to Refine their child's fundamentals of the world's most popular sport. Using our progressional curriculum, our sport-specific staff will ensure your young athlete will gain the technical skills & sport knowledge required for their next step into soccer. This camp focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. By the end of the camp your child will have learned new life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship, made new friends and improved their sport skills preparing them to play for the playground or league play!

This camp is perfect for the beginning to intermediate soccer player.
