    Personal and Consumer Health:

    All Remote and Virtual Classes will be working on Personal and Consumer Health topics based on grade level.

    In-person students, Cohort C(3), will be participating in PE activities.

     

    Remember, you will be expected to wear your mask at all times in class.  I look forward to seeing you soon!

  • Week 6: Strategies to Improve Fitness

    This week you will be shown how to complete your fitness pre-assessments. Once completed you will develop a S.M.A.R.T. goal focusing on at least one area of fitness you would like to see improve.

    We will continue to discuss Disease Prevention and also how this topic fits into our overall understanding of the Dimensions of Health.

    Also this week, all students will complete Fitness testing Pre-tests.  Instructions will be explained in class and also placed in Google Classroom.
