Infinite Campus: Parent and Student Access

Infinite Campus helps your family stay informed about school. With the Campus Parent and Campus Student portals, you can see real-time updates on attendance, grades, assignments, and more.

• Students stay organized and on top of their work.

• Parents and guardians track academic progress and stay connected.

• Teachers share updates directly from their grade books.

• Families with multiple students can access all records with a single login.

• Families can find up-to-date transportation information (including route number and stop location)

How to Get Started: Families

Step 1: Look for an Email from Infinite Campus
Starting in early July, families will receive an email with instructions for creating a Campus Parent account. The email will be sent to the address we have on file. 

Step 2: Follow the Instructions
If you don’t set up your account right away, you’ll receive reminder emails each week.

How to Get Started: Students

Log in to Campus Student using your WakeID portal. New students should ask school staff for WakeID credentials.

Security and Privacy

To protect student privacy under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA):

• Everyone must use their own account to access Infinite Campus.

• Students can only see their own records.

• Parents and legal guardians may request access to their student’s data.

• If a guardian should not have access, please inform your school right away.
