I am so excited to be part of the Olive Chapel family again this year! This is my twelfth year teaching and my fifth year at OCE. I have taught both first and second grade, but second is my favorite!

I was born in Atlanta, GA but my family moved to Cary, NC when I was just a baby. I grew up in Wake County Schools and I graduated from Apex High school! I went to Campbell University where I played 4 years of volleyball. GO CAMELS!!! I graduated in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education and then again in 2011 with my Masters in Elementary Education with a certification in AIG education.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my amazing family: my husband, Danny, my 5 year old son, Jackson, and my 2 year old daughter, Campbell. We love playing with Legos, going to the pool, playing at the park, and going on walks with our dog, Julie. My life is a little crazy right now with two active children and I wouldn't have it any other way!
