About: I'm a STEM enthusiast who loves creating and trying new things. In my free time, I love doing art, cooking, hiking, TRAVELING, playing with my children (Emma, Kate, Michael, and baby Avery), and trying new adventures! I started teaching for Wake County in 2012 and am excited to be part of the education team at Hilburn. Fun Fact: I've been a part of WCPSS since I started kindergarten at JY Joyner in 1990. (both of my parents began working for WCPSS in the 90s and have recently retired.)
