This is my 27th year of teaching.  I have been at Wake Forest Elementary for almost my whole teaching career.  I worked at Douglas Elementary for the first couple of years. This will be my 9th year teaching second grade.  I mostly taught kindergarten before that.  I am originally from NY but have lived in NC since 1992.  My husband, Jeff and I have 2 grown children.  Our 24-year-old son lives and works in North Raleigh.  Our 21-year-old daughter is a senior at NC STATE.  We also have two furbabies, Cookie (12) and Lobo (7). My favorite season is winter! #snowflakes
