Hello!  My name is Ms. Collie.  Originally from Virginia, I moved to Raleigh 10 years ago and have loved every bit of it.  This will be my 9th year teaching and my 4th year at Pleasant Grove.  Aside from teaching, I love reading, watching the Carolina Hurricanes (Go Canes!), spending time with friends, and playing with my pup Ozzy Pawsbourne. The pool and the beach are my happy places.  A big passion of mine is trying to learn to speak the Spanish language.  I’m still a beginner, but I’ll keep practicing!  I’m so excited for another year at Pleasant Grove!
