Lainie Burnett grew up in Sharon, Pennsylvania and moved to Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina in high school. Graduate of NC State University.
I originally went to school to become a lawyer, but upon graduating I realized it wasn't for me and I decided that I wanted to work with children instead. I worked as a substitute teacher in Wake County for a few months before becoming an Instructional Assistant at Lincoln Heights. I currently work with the first grade team and I deeply enjoy helping the students every day.
I also love the art of film. My free time is largely spent watching movies and I have been involved in creating multiple short films over the years. I enjoy writing scripts and working in various roles on set. I also enjoy reading and anything Disney.
