Lincoln Heights Elementary After School Program
We are pleased to be offering the After School Program for the 2021-2022 school year.
We will continue the CDC guidelines and safety protocols for this program as set forth by the school. Registration will be on our back-to-school night in early August. Date to be determined.
Please bring your completed registration packet, as well as a $15.00 non-refundable registration check or money order to the main office. A waitlist will be started once the program is full and you will be notified when your child/children may be placed into the program.
Children will participate in gym games and activities, outside playground play, table games and toys, and optional homework time.
In order to accept your application, please include the following information:
- Check or money order for $15 made out to Lincoln Heights Elementary. Please indicate your child/children’s names on the check or money order.
- A completed application form for each individual child you are registering.
(Please indicate which days you want to sign your child/children in the upper righthand corner of the application)
- A signed disciplinary form and signed for each individual child you are registering.
- Read and sign the policy regarding late pickup Late Pick Up Policy
