Who will take the WorkKeys Assessment?
Seniors who are CTE Concentrators (Taken four or more Career & Technical Education Credits in a Cluster with one of the credits being a second level course) have the opportunity to take the assessment for free!
Why is WorkKeys Important?
Not only do CTE Students have an opportunity to learn more in the areas of their interests they have the possibility to graduate with an advantage by having a portable Credential that shows evidence of their skills. It is a great tool to add to your resume to be competitive in today’s job market.
Successful completion of ACT WorkKeys assessments in the three areas can lead to earning ACT's National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), a portable credential earned by more than 1 million people across the United States.
The WorkKeys Certificate proves to potential Employers that you have a particular level of desired skills. Once you add it to your Resume you can become more marketable!!
