Student Mindfulness Community Meetings are every Wednesday 10:50-11:10 am. If you need a link to the meeting, contact Mr. Haymore.
You can expect us to engage in some quiet observation of our breathing and engaging in calming guided stillness. This is very low pressure. You don't have to speak unless you volunteer. You can simply listen and participate in the exercises. These sessions are led by Mr. Haymore and Ms. McGrath.
