Hello, my name is Eileen Lucas.  I am so excited to be an Oakview Owl!  I recently moved to North Carolina with my family. I am originally from New Jersey where I spent 12 years as a classroom teacher before I had my son, Andrew. When he was old enough to begin school I worked as an Instructional Assistant in various elementary schools.

I love to be outdoors. I enjoy walking, biking, and enjoying the beauty of nature on the Greenways of NC. I also enjoy baking, reading and spending time with my amazing family. I am really looking forward to a great school year!
