Ms. Patterson: I am so excited to be at White Oak Elementary! I am proud to say that not only will this be my tenth year as a Wake County Public School teacher but I am also a proud product of Wake County Public Schools! I was born and raised in the Apex area and was very fortunate to be able to come back once I finished college and give back to the community in which I was raised. As many of you already know, my heart bleeds purple and gold as I am a three-time graduate from East Carolina University. When not at school, I enjoy cheering on my East Carolina Pirates as well as my Durham Bulls, shopping, baking, hanging out with friends and family, and most importantly watching the Ellen DeGeneres show! I have never missed an episode.

I look forward to working with you as a team to help your child meet all their goals and have an incredibly successful school year! I know that each day will be as rewarding as the next and I look forwarding to building relationships with each one of you! I can’t wait to meet you! #WeAreWhiteOak #BeKindToOneAnother
