     Dual enrollment is used when a current student enrolls at a course with another organization.  Email your counselor with questions. 
     
     
     This form is used by rising juniors to request early graduation for after the junior school year.  Students who plan request early graduation should plan to meet with their counselor before completing the paperwork. 
     

    >Early Release/Late Arrival Request 

    The Early Release/Late Arrival form is available for qualifying juniors and seniors.  It allows students to request late arrival and/or early release from school.  Students are responsible for contacting their colleges/universities to find out how a reduced schedule will impact admissions. Students are only allowed on AFHS campus for the times that they have an AFHS course. Bus transportation is not guaranteed. No student will be allowed to take less than two classes per day. Athletic eligibility restrictions apply. Students who plan to apply for Early Release/Late arrival should make an appointment with their counselor before completing the paperwork. 

     
     
    This form is to be completed for an excused absence for educational reasons, the intent of the experience should have been educational from the outset and comparable to that which the student would have experienced in school. Family trips and vacations that were not designed, initially, to be educational, will not be excused. Signing this form documents that this absence is for valid educational purposes. Turn completed form in to the Attendance office. 
     
     
    This form helps you keep track of the required high school courses for graduation. 
     
     
    This form can be used by rising seniors to request midyear graduation (December or January) for their senior school year. Students who plan to request midyear graduation should make an appointment with their counselor before completing the paperwork. 
     
     
    This form can be used by seniors to share information with teachers as teachers write recommendation letters for colleges, scholarships, and other universities. *Please remember to ask your teacher recommender if they will be willing to participate before your senior year.

Please remember to invite your counselor to your commonapp when it opens in August of senior year.
