I am approaching my 22nd year at YMES and my 12th year in Pre-K. Being in a Pre-K classroom is a special privilege that I am very grateful for. Helping little minds and hearts grow is a wonderful thing!

Other classroom experience included Kindergarten, 1st Grade, CCR and IMOD. Prior careers included Administrative Management and Bookkeeping. Originally from England, I have been in North Carolina for most of my adult life. In my other life outside of education, I am also a jewelry maker and designer with an online shop named after my birthplace in London, Chelsea Girl Designs.

I am the mother of two wonderful sons, 32 & 29 as well as a sweet dog named Rollo. I enjoy: spending time with friends, visiting England to see family, spending time at Sunset Beach, NC, listening to music and reading!
