AFMS Celebrates VETERANS Day
AFMS will celebrate Veterans History Awareness Month with a Veterans Day Ceremony on November 9, 2018, at 8:00 AM in the courtyard. All students are invited to attend the ceremony as we take time to honor veterans represented through our staff and student families. Any student that reports having an immediate relative that is a veteran will receive an invitation from his/her social studies teacher. We kindly ask that families who meet the stated criteria of being an immediate relative to our students RSVP to the event by going to tinyurl.com/AFMSVetsRSVP to help us plan accordingly. We look forward to providing our students with an opportunity for authentic civic engagement. Go Chargers!
