Salutations! I love being a Buccaneer! My undergraduate degree is from UNC and I have an  M.Ed. from Freed Hardeman University.  I have taught 3rd grade, 1st grade, and founded and directed a nonprofit preschool (a very rewarding dream)!

I love developing the special gifts and talents each child possesses to create  a love of learning. I adore being a mother to Abby and Maggie, and now a proud Grammy to Lealon Grace and Bo!  I share my home with my 16 year old cat, Misty.  Running, cooking, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends are my passions.  I love all things “nature”, puzzles, reading, all types of music, and GLITTER.  I hope to one day be a “beekeeper”!
