Degrees and Certifications:
Welcome Clippers! I have been teaching in a special education Pre-K setting for the last six years, this is my fourth year in Wake County. In March of 2017, my husband and I welcomed our first child, Eleanor, to our family. In May of 2017, I graduated from George Mason University with a Masters in Special Education, with a focus in Early Childhood. My family and I relocated to North Carolina from Washington DC in July of 2017 to enjoy a slower pace of life. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and being outdoors with our Great Dane, Apollo. I am really looking forward to spending this year getting to know my students and helping them grow. It is my hope that each of my students enjoy coming to school, to grow and develop to their full potential, and to make connections with peers and the school community.
