My name is Shelia Dodd I am a wife, mother of 2 daughters and grandmother of 2 children. I attended Saint Augustine’s College where I received a BA degree in Early Childhood Education and a masters from North Carolina Central University in Family and Child Development. My work experience includes: Teaching with the Head Start program in Morehead City located in Carteret County and Wendell in Wake County. I was an Educational Coordinator with the Head Start program in Raleigh and  Parents As Teachers with Project Enlightenment.  Currently I am an Early Learning Facilitator/Teacher with the Ready to Learn Program through Project Enlightenment at Lynn Road Elementary and Carver Elementary. I enjoy my work and hope to continue to educate children, families, and the community about the importance of early learning
