If your problem is that you can’t log in or can’t get on the internet try these things before submitting a technology issue.
- Restarting the computer.
- Plugging an ethernet cord (usually the grey cord in the back of the desktops) into the laptop. With cord plugged in, shut down and then turn on the computer again.
- Press F8 to make sure wireless is turned on.
