Degrees and Certifications:
Dr. Patrick Grant
My wife, Missy, and I live in Wake Forest with our two children, Jenny and Jefferson, and our dog, Reo. I began building my education experience as a secondary science teacher for eleven years after earning a B.S. in Chemistry from Auburn University and a M.Ed. in Secondary Science Education from The University of Montevallo. I started my dream and endeavor of earning a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Research and Policy following my Master in School Administration from North Carolina State University. I began serving as an assistant principal in Wake County at Holly Springs Elementary in 2007 and completed my doctorate degree in May 2011. Shortly thereafter, I became the assistant principal at Brassfield Road Elementary School. I am very excited to be part of the Forest Pines Drive Elementary community as the principal since March 2012.
