Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Gina Golden
I was born and raised in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology at Arizona State University. After graduating, I moved to North Carolina and spent 10 years working in the corporate world with anthropologists, actors, and other specialists to create unique learning experiences for partners and managers in a top professional services firm. I went back to school at North Carolina Central University to obtain my Teaching License and follow my lifelong dream of working with children. I have been teaching Kindergarten, First, and Second Grades for Wake County Schools since 2006. To me, education is about creating lifelong learners who will be successful in the 21st century. I use my experience in the corporate world to teach my students how to work together to accomplish individual and classroom goals. In our classroom we value our strengths and the strengths of our classmates.
