Mildred (Millie) Hernandez
I taught Spanish for 15 years and as an online instructor for 4 years. Taught levels 1, 2, 3 4 and IB. I relocated to North Carolina from New Jersey in 2011 with my family. I have three awesome children and married to a retired Army military man LTC. José R. Hernandez. I graduated with a BA degree in Business Administration in Management from the Inter American University, San German, Puerto Rico, and a Spanish degree from Kean University in New Jersey. I enjoy traveling, reading, listening to music, watching telenovelas, dancing and exercising. I have traveled to Italy, Canada, Bahamas, France, Spain, Costa Rica, Cuba and México. I became a part of the Wildcat family and could not be prouder to be working with great colleagues in the Language B department and faculty at MHS. Go Wildcats!

Fernando Ortega
I was born and raised in Argentina and I have been teaching for the last 23 years. I also worked as a principal in a bilingual school in Buenos Aires. I have been married for 19 years and we have two beautiful daughters and two handsome sons, which keep us very busy. I like to play sports, travel and meet people from around the world. I had the opportunity to travel to more than 13 countries learning about different traditions and cultures. I am very happy to be part of the Millbrook family.
